Rio's genetics include Shaquille/Peruvian Leon/5Peruvian Quicksilver and MFI Tranquility/Cperuvian Silvino Her 17.0 micron (yearling) rose gray fleece has a light purple hue to it with almost no spots. That is unbelievably fine for gray. Even at 8years old she is extremely fine. Her fiber is one of the most coveted.

Rio's Sire, Setino was the grey halter blue ribbon winner from MAPACA 2004 and repeated 2005.

Rio is large boned and a good mom. She has delivered us to two black females, a rose grey male, and a Champion male - Jose Carioca. All of them possessing the same stately look of their dam, and excellent fiber characteristics!!
